How to prepare Coconut with fried gram dal chutney

Whenever we preparing Idli or Dosa, the big confusion is ‘What chutney will make?’ The simple, easy and quick preparing chutney  means your fist choice would be ‘Coconut chutney’. We can make this chutney       without oil. Idli, Sambar, Coconut chutney is a usual and  best combination.

Basic information :

Time consume : 3 Mins
Serve : 4 Persons

Ingredients :

Coconut : 3 Big pieces
Fried gram dal : 1/2 Cup
Ginger : Small piece
Garlic : 2 Nos
Green chilly : 4 Nos
Salt : As you need
Oil : 1 Tsp
Mustard : 1/2 Tsp
Curry leafs : 7 Nos

Method :

Take a  Mixer jar and put chopped coconut, fried gram dal (pottukadalai), ginger,garlic,green chilly, salt and add some water and grind well. Heat oil in kadai, add mustard. After mustard pops, add curry leafs.
Add the fried mustard and curry leafs (thalipu) in grind chutney.
 Serve with idly, dosa, or pongal and leave your valuable comments.
