How to prepare peas tomato curry(mutter tomato curry)

Peas is a seasonal vegetable. We can make different methods to prepare peas. Peas tomato curry is something different and delicious recipe.  This curry  goes with chappathi or rice. Peas tomato curry with chappathi is favorite menu for me and my family. Let’s prepare the tasty recipe.

Basic information :

Preparation time : 10 Mins
Cooking time : 15 Mins
Serve : 5 Persons

Ingredients :

Peas : 1/2 Kg
Onion : 1 No
Tomato : 3 Nos
Curry leafs : 6 Nos
Garlic : 4 Nos
Turmeric powder : 1/4 Tsp
Chilly powder : 1/2 Tsp
Coriander powder : 1/2 Tsp
Garam masala powder : 1/4 Tsp
Mustard : 1/4 Tsp
Oil : 2 Tsp
Salt : As per taste

Method :

Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard. After mustard pops, add chopped onion,chopped garlic, curry leafs and fry.

After onion turned golden brown add chopped tomatoes and fry well.

Add peas and fry. Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, salt and fry for 2 minutes.

Add some water and close the kadai.

After 5 minutes of cooking stir slightly and transfer to the serving dish and serve hot!..
