How to prepare French beans fry (Spicy)

French beans is the most healthy vegetable. French beans is rich in iron which helps to increase hemoglobin count and provides energy to the body. This vegetable is preventing cholesterol levels and also sugar levels. It is rich in Vitamin C which helps to improve our immune system with killing bacteria and viruses. It helps to prevent colon cancer and improve our eye sight. We can prepare this most healthy vegetable in simple method. In this post, i am going to prepare beans as very tasty and spicy with adding chilly powder. Let’s prepare the healthy ¬†Spicy French beans fry.

Basic information :
Preparation time : 10 Mins
Cooking time : 10 Mins
Serve for : 4 Persons
Ingredients :

French beans : 1/4 Kg
Onion : 1 No
Curry leaves : Few
Tomato : 1/2 No
Turmeric powder : 1/4 Tsp
Chilly powder : 1 Tsp
Grated coconut : 1/2 Cup
Mustard : 1/4 Tsp
Salt : As per taste
Oil : 2 Tsp

Method :

Wash the beans and cut in medium pieces. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard. After mustard pops, add chopped onion, curry leaves and fry. Add chopped tomato and fry well.

Add cut beans, turmeric powder, chilly powder, salt and stir.

Add little water and close the pan. After 10 minutes cooking, the beans will be cooked. Now, add grated coconut, stir well and transfer to the serving dish and serve hot with chapathi or side for rice.
