How to prepare Soya chunks curry

Soya chunks is a high protein and rich in fiber. We can use soya chunks instead of non vegetarian. This curry is a tasty and the taste will be like non-veg curries. When we are not able to have non-veg, we can prepare soya chunks curry in non vegetarian style and taste. let’s prepare the tasty Soya chunks curry. I am taking small size soya.

Basic information :

Preparation time : 10 Mins
Cooking time : 15 Mins
Serve for : 4 Persons

Ingredients :

Soya chunks : 200 Gm
Turmeric powder : 1/4 Tsp
Onion : 1/2 Cup
Chopped ginger : 2 Tsp
Garlic : 5 Nos
Tomato : 1 Nos
Chilly powder : 11/2 Tsp
Coriander powder : 2 Tsp
Garam masala powder : 1/2 Tsp
Curry leaves : Few
Salt : As per taste

Fennel seeds                 :  1 Tsp

Cumin seeds                 :  1 Tsp
Method :

Soak the soya chunks for 30 minutes, and presser cook with adding turmeric powder and salt in 1 whistle.

Heat oil in a pan, add fennel seeds, cumin seeds, chopped onion, ginger, garlic, curry leaves and fry well.

Add chopped tomato and fry well.

Add cooked soya, all the masala powders, salt and fry.

Fry till the raw smell goes and water gets dry.

After well fried, transfer to the serving dish and serve hot.
