|Chopped onion||:||1/2 Cup|
|Chopped ginger||:||1 Tsp|
|Chopped garlic||:||1 Tsp|
|Turmeric powder||:||1/4 Tsp|
|Cumin seed powder||:||1 Tsp|
|Pepper powder||:||As per spicy|
|Salt||:||As per taste|
Oil : 3 Tsp
Clean the mushroom and cut into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan, add Chopped onion, ginger, garlic, curry leaves and fry well.
Add chopped mushroom, turmeric powder, salt and stir. No need to add water. Close the pan with a lid and keep it in low flame.
After 10 minutes of cooking, add cumin seed powder and pepper power and stir well. We can pepper powder as much we want the spiciness.
