How to prepare Egg masala

We can make different types of recipes with using egg. I have already posted Egg kurma . In this post, i am going to make spicy egg masala. It is very tasty recipe and we can be have with chapathi, puri, dosa, rice and also with all variety  rices like Kuska rice. In this, i am adding garam masala powder with onions. We can be prepared with coconut oil, it will be Kerala style. Come let’s prepare the tasty Egg masala.

Basic information :

Preparation time : 10 Mins
Cooking time : 15 Mins
Serve for : 2-3 Persons

Ingredients :

Boiled egg : 3 Nos
Oil : 3 Tsp
Fennel seeds : 1 Tsp
Onion : 4 Nos
Garlic : 3 Nos
Tomato : 1 No
Curry leaves : Few
Turmeric powder : 1/4 Tsp
Garam masal powder : 1/2 Tsp
Chilly powder : 1 Tsp
Salt : As per need

Method :
Slice the onions nicely. Boil the eggs, peel off and make cracks. Heat oil in a pan, add fennel seeds. Add sliced onions, chopped garlic, curry leaves and fry well till the onion turned goledn brown.

Add chopped tomato and fry well. Add all masala powders and salt.

Add little water and add boiled and cracked eggs.

Allow it to boil for 4-5 minutes. After the raw smell gone, transfer to the serving dish and serve hot.
