How to prepare Fish cutlet

Cutlet is one of the favorite snack for all my family members. Cutlet made with fish will be different in taste. We have to buy thorn-less fish, otherwise after boiling, we have to remove the thorns. Fish is good for growing children. If we prepare fish cutlet, everyone will like. It can be have as a snack or side dish for lunch. Let’s prepare the tasty, crispy Fish cutlet. Basic information :

Preparation time : 15 Mins
Serve for : 4 Persons

Ingredients : 

Any fish : 1/2 Kg
Turmeric powder : 1/4 Tsp
Chilly powder : 1/2 Tsp
Coriander powder : 1 Tsp
Pepper powder : 1/2 Tsp
Salt : As per taste
Vinegar : 1 Tsp
Onion : 1 No
Green chilly : 4 Nos
Chopped ginger : 1 Tsp
Egg white : 1/2 Cup
Bread crumbs : 1 Cup
Oil : For fry

Method :

Clean the fish and boil with adding, turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, salt, vinegar and little water for 5 minutes and takeout the thorns keep only the flesh of the fish.

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion, green chilly, ginger, turmeric powder and fry well.

Mix well the fish flesh with the fried onion masala and make you wanted shapes.

Dip the fish shapes in the egg white and breadcrumbs.

Heat oil in a frying pan, fry the egg and bread crumbs dipped fish masala shapes.

Fry well all the sides till it turns brown color and transfer to the serving dish and serve hot.
