Any festival at your home?, Try to make gulab jamun. It is a very tasty and making also very simple. When i prepared first time, it was cracked and it gone very smooth. After that, my sister-in-law teach me how to prepare gulab jamun without cracking and correct smoothness. I am preparing this with instant gulab jamun mix. Come let’s prepare the tasty Gulab jamun.

|Ghee or oil||:||For fry|
|Cardamon powder||:||1 Tsp|
Take 1 bowl, mix the jamun instant mix with water. Add little water, slowly because, the mix need little water. Make the mix in smooth dough pressing smoothly without any crack and keep it for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, make the dough in small balls, without and crack and pressing little tightly with your palm.
Transfer to the serving dish with or without jeera and serve hot or cool.
