How to prepare Lemon paneer

Paneer is rich in protein, helps the growth of body, rich in calcium, helps to make our bones stronger and prevent all the joint pains and back pains. This recipe is made paneer with lemon. Lemon paneer is one of the very tasty starter. It is very simple recipe and it is quick method of preparation. In my home,earlier my husband doesn’t like paneer, but when i made lemon paneer, he likes very much and he asking me to prepare more often as starter. Let’s see how to prepare the tasty and simple Lemon paneer.

Basic information :

Preparation time : 5 Mins
Cooking time : 10 Mins
Serve for : 3 Persons

Ingredients :

Paneer : 100 Grm
Corn flour : 1 Tsp
Rice flour : 1 Tsp
Turmeric powder : 1/4 Tsp
Lemon juice : 2 Tsp
Green chilly : 5 Nos
Ginger : Small Pc
Garlic : 2 Nos
Chopped onion : 1 Cup
Curry leaves : Few
Coriander leaves : For garnish
Salt : As per taste

Method :  
Cut the paneer like rectangle boxes.

Crush green chilly, ginger, garlic as a semi paste.

Mix corn flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of lime juice well.

Dip the paneer boxes in the flour mix and fry. Don’t want to fry more, we can fry till the flour cooked and keep it aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add nicely chopped onion, curry leaves and fry. Add crushed paste and fry well.

Add turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and fried paneer and fry.

Fry for 2 minuets and transfer to the serving plate, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
