Wherever we go, We can see Chilly Gobi dry or Gobi Manchurian in all restaurants. I am preparing this in home made masala. I am not using any chilly chicken powders and also any sauces. It is pure vegetarian and home made recipe. This fry can be have as a snack or side dish for lunch. Or we can have as a starters. It has a delicious taste and i am serving this fry with fried onion. capsicum, and green chilies. My daughter will eat this when i am frying itself. It is a very good snack and please everyone try……

|Corn flour||:||3 Tsp|
|Rice flour||:||1 Tsp|
|chilly powder||:||1 Tsp|
|Fennel powder||:||1/2 Tsp|
|Ginger garlic paste||:||1 Tsp|
Cut and wash the cauliflower in hot water with adding turmeric powder and salt.
Mix the washed cauliflower into the flour mix and soak for at least 30 minutes. I forgot to take 1 photograph. Heat oil in a frying pan, make shallow fry the well soaked Gobi.
After fried well in all the sides, transfer to the serving plate and serve with fried onion, capsicum and green chilies.
