My hubby doesn’t like cabbage. But this is a very healthy vegetable. So i tried to make something different. Then, i tried koftha balls using cabbage. It came very well and my hubby liked very much. Without hesitation, he had more and i also felt happy. This is very simple and tasty recipe. It can be serve with tomato sauce or any chutney. It is very healthy, so you must try..
Basic information :

Serve for : 4 Persons
Ingredients :
Cabbage : 1 No
Corn flour : 2 Tsp
Cumin powder : 1 Tsp
Turmeric powder : 1/4 Tsp
Chilly powder : 1 Tsp
Salt : 1 Tsp
Oil : For fry
Method :
 Wash the cabbage and grate it nicely.
Marinate with all the ingredients. Do not soak, because, cabbage is a watery vegetable. Make lemon size balls in the cabbage mixing.
Dip the balls in maida flour.
Heat oil in a pan, fry the maida dipped balls well.
After the balls fried well, transfer to the serving platter and serve hot with tomato sauce.
