Peel off the baby potatoes, rinse and boil it with adding turmeric powder and salt.
After the potatoes are boiled, drain the water, and marinate with all the ingredients. Keep the marinated potatoes for at least 10 minutes.
Heat oil for fry, deep fry the soaked potatoes well. Potatoes are already boiled. So we need to fry till the masala fried.
After fried well, transfer to serving plate and serve with fried onions or as it is… Fry the curry leaves to garnish the potato.
We can make honey dip for this. Dry fry the peanut and make as coerce powder. Mix honey, pepper powder with the peanut powder. The dip is ready to serve.
