Cheese samosa..Since long time, I’m thinking to prepare samosa for my kid. Finally, I prepared today and it is so nice. Normally, for stuffing we will add peas with smashed potatoes. Today I added sweetcorn and cheese also along with peas and potatoes. My daughter likes cheese very much. When she had a bite, she was surprised with cheese. She asked me to prepare more for her friends also. It is a pack of healthy veggies and cheesy that all the kids will definitely like it. The best and healthy stater or evening snack or snack box recipe. Whatever it may be. But the taste is the main thing. On whole, this is a all time snack item. In a mixing bowl, take 3 tblspn of madia and mix with cumin seeds (jeera), ghee and required salt.Kneed the dough as soft and cover it with wet cloth.Peal off sweet corn and peas. Boil it and drain the water.Chop onions, coriander leaves and garlic and mix. Boil potatoes, peel off and grate it or smash it. Mix with boiled corn and peas.Add garam masala powder, chilly powder and salt. Mix well.
Grate cheese and mix.Kneed the dough again, divide equal parts. Spread the dough ball using rolling spin.Spread as a thin sheet. Cut in center to divide two parts.Make cone shape in cut sheets.Fold hand, place the cone in center of thumb and index finger. Place the stuffing in the center. Close the cone and press the edges after applying water at the edges.Do in all the spread cones. Heat oil in a kadai, fry the samosas in medium flame.Turn the samosa to fry evenly all the sides.When it came in golden brown color, takeout from the oil and serve hot with tomato sauce or ketchup.Try and enjoy the yummy samosa with crunchy outside and cheesy filling inside.
