Today, I prepared fish Manchurian and it came very well. All my family members liked very much. For Manchurian and chilly fish dishes, We usually use thorn less fishes. Today I used sheer fish. Very tasty and method of preparation also simple. Let us see, how to prepare the tasty Fish Manchurian.
Clean the fish with salt and cut small pieces.In a bowl, add corn flour, rice flour, basan, chilly powder, cumin seeds powder, fennel powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder,pepper powder and salt.Mix well with an egg white and marinate with fish pieces. Keep the marinated fishes for 30 minutes to 1 hour.In a frying kadai, heat oil, fry the soaked fish till it fried well. Fry all the soaked fish pieces.Heat oil in a kadai, add fennel seeds. After the seeds pops, add chopped onion and garlic. Saute till the onion gets golden brown.It is time to add tomato sauce, chilly sauce, soya sauce with salt.Add some water. If we want gravy, we can add corn flour mixed water. Bring it to boil for 1-2 minutes.Now add fried fish pieces and mix it well. Transfer the Manchurian into the serving dish and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped coriander leaves.
