Because of high protein, it helps in weight management. Having small amount of red beans, gives stomach fuller in ling time. Red beans is having high fiber which helps in diabetic patients. Also it helps to fight against cancer. Today I prepare a tasty curry or side dish using red beans. Let us see, how to prepare tasty and healthy red beans curry. Red beans curry-13


Method :

Take out the beans from the peel. Boil the beans in pressure cooker leaving 2-3 whistles.Red beans curry-14 Red beans curry-7Dry fry dry coriander seeds, red chilies, pepper, cumin seeds and fennel seeds.Red beans curry-1After dry fried grind as a fine powder.Red beans curry-2Heat oil in a kadai, add cinnamon, star anas.
