It is very tasty and very healthy also. Red beans is having a lot of protein. Because of high protein, it helps in weight management. Having small amount of red beans, gives stomach fuller in ling time. Red beans is having high fiber which helps in diabetic patients. Also it helps to fight against cancer. Today I prepare a tasty curry or side dish using red beans. Let us see, how to prepare tasty and healthy red beans curry.
Take out the beans from the peel. Boil the beans in pressure cooker leaving 2-3 whistles. Dry fry dry coriander seeds, red chilies, pepper, cumin seeds and fennel seeds.After dry fried grind as a fine powder.Heat oil in a kadai, add cinnamon, star anas. Add chopped onions, curry leaves and saute till the onion gets golden brown.We are going to add ginger garlic paste.Add fine ground powder and mix.Now add 2 table spoon of curd and mix it well.Add boiled red beans along with the water and allow it to boil till we get the correct consistency.Transfer to the serving plate, decorate with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot as side dish for tiffin items or rice.Try this yummy side dish recipe and please post your yummy comments.
