Vegetable green kurma is filled with full of vegetables with green gravy. It is a very tasty side dish recipe which goes with chapathy, Idly, Dosa and we can have with rice also. But in this style of mixed vegetable kurma, we have to add ground green gravy mixed with mint and coriander leaves with coconut. Preparation also very simple. When we are having guests in our home, we can prepare this green gravy as a side dish for chapathy. It is a healthy side dish and all kind of people will like it. Take mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, coconut pieces. Grind all as a fine paste.Heat oil in a pressure cooker or heavy bottom vessel, add cinnamon, cloves, star anas.Saute chopped onions with curry leaves and saute till it gets golden brown.Now add ginger garlic paste and stir well till raw smell goes.Saute chopped tomatoes and till tomatoes smashes.Chop mixed vegetables, add and mix well.
It is time to add ground green paste ans salt.Add 1 tbsp of masala powder and mix it. Masala powder contains mixed chilly and coriander powder.Add 1 glass of water and close the cooker with the lid.Leave the cooker till it gets 3 whistles. After getting 3 whistles, leave for pressure release and open the lid. Transfer to the serving dish and serve hot with your favorite tiffin items.Try this simple tasty veg curry recipe and enjoy.
