This fiber helps to level the cholesterol and blood sugar in our body. It helps to regulating digestive disorders. Today, I prepared a different type of gravy using this soft, buttery butter beans. Method :

Take out the beans from the outer skin.Butter beans gravy-20Wash the beans and cook it in the pressure cooker leaving 3-4 whistles. Chop small onions (shallots), Ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, curry leaves.Butter beans gravy-7 Butter beans gravy-1Heat oil in a kadai, add fennel seeds. After the seed pops, add onion and other ingredients.
