But most of the kids will hesitate to have these kind of vegetables. Only way to make them eat is preparing different kind of dishes using vegetables. My daughter very much like to eat restaurant foods. Today, I prepare one restaurant style dish with healthy vegetables and it is called Veg spring roll. This roll is packed with full of vitamins, minerals and obviously mother’s love. It is the best snacks box recipe for all the kids. In a mixing bowl, take 1 cup of maida, add salt and 1 tsp of oil. Add water and kneed to make soft dough. Close and keep it aside.Grate or finely chop all the required vegetables.Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard seeds. After the seeds pops, add chopped onion and saute well.After the onion becomes golden brown, add grated or finely chopped veggies and saute. No need to add water.Add salt and pepper powder.Saute for 2-3 minutes and switch off the flame. Add lavish sprinkle of chopped coriander leaves. Make it cool down completely.Kneed the maida dough and divide equal parts. Spread the dough balls as thin sheets.Now add prepared saute veggies in the sheet.Slowly roll the sheet. After rolled, spread some water at the end and stick it. Heat oil in a kadai, deep fry the roll.Fry the roll in both the sides. Cut into two pieces and transfer the fried spring roll in a serving plate and serve hot with tomato sauce.
