Manchurian is one of the famous Chinese starter. Today I have tried this famous Chinese item with Indian vegetable, raw banana. So this is the tasty Indo-Chinese starter. I made this Manchurian as dry version. If we want gravy, we can add more sauces and corn flour mixed water. Using raw banana, I have tried many different dishes and posted here. Peel off the raw banana and cut round pieces. Boil water in a bowl, add the raw banana with salt and turmeric powder. Allow it to boil for 1 minute.Drain the water from the raw banana.In a mixing bowl, add corn flour, rice flour, chickpea flour (besan or kadalai maavu), turmeric powder, cumin powder (jeerahapodi), fennel powder (sombu podi), garam masala powder and ginger garlic paste.Mix with the raw banana with little water. Keep the marinated raw banana for 5-10 minutes.After 15 minutes, make deep fry the marinated raw banana.Heat 2 tsp of oil in a kadai, add cumin seeds. Add chopped onion, garlic, capsicum, chilly flakes with curry leaves.Now, we have to add tomato ketch up, soya sauce and mix it.Add fried raw banana and mix.Mix corn flour with 1/2 glass of water and add it in the raw banana.Saute for 2 minutes and switch off the flame.Transfer to the serving plate and serve hot with coriander leaves garnishing.Try this wonderful starer recipe and enjoy your day.
