Veg seekh kebab

Using a lot of vegetables, what can be prepared attractively for kids?.. We used to prepare non veg kebab using chicken, fish. We can also prepare seek kebab with non veg like chicken. But today, I tried the tasty yummy and healthy seek kebab using a variety of vegetables. In this kebab, I used healthy vegetables like potatoes, cabbage, carrots, beans, capsicum and also paneer. If we prepare like this kind of different variety starters, all kids will definitely love it. Easy to prepare and Healthy for kids. Let us prepare the tasty appetite Vegetable seek kebab.

Method:

Fine chop all required veggies after wash. Heat oil in a kadai, add cumin seeds. Add chopped Onions, saute till it turn golden brown.We need to add ginger garlic paste.Chop finely all the vegetables along with the paneer cubes, add and saute.
Now we can add turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt.Allow it to cook completely with adding sprinkle of water.Boil potatoes and smash it. Grind the cooked vegetables as a coarse paste.Mix potato and veg mix and add basan or fried gram flour(pottukadalai maavu) and chat masala.Add finely chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves and mix well.Divide the dough in equal parts and roll in the skewers as shown below. Dust the roll in the maida before fry.Heat oil in a thava for shallow fry. Make shallow fry the dusted roll.
Turn the roll to fry evenly in all the sides.Hmm.. yummy… The tasty healthy vegetable seek kebab is ready to serve with mayonnaise sauce.

Making sauce:

Mix 1 Tsp of garlic mayonnaise, 1/2 tsp of tomato sauce, 1 tsp of curd with oregano seasoning.

Garnish the kebab with the mayonnaise sauce and coriander leaves and enjoy..
