We can make it as a breakfast or dinner recipe. I made it without onion. We can add onions also. To make more healthy, I added grated carrots. As per our taste and some innovative ideas, we can add grated beetroot also to make as colorful and healthful breakfast recipe. In a mixing bowl, take rava(sooji), rice flour and maida.Add grated ginger, chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, curry leaves with salt.Grate carrots and add it with the flour and mix it with water as watery dosa batter. Soak the batter for at least 30 minutes.Heat dosa thava, pour the batter as round. we could not spread with spatula.Spray oil on the edges. Wait for 2 minutes to cook.After the edges are turned crisp and golden brown, turn the dosa to other side.
