Tutti fruity bread….Sweet milk bread with tutti fruity.. Basically, I like to prepare or try to make bakery snack items at my kitchen. I already made dill pasand, bun, Coconut bun, burger, biscuits, cake etc.. Today, I made soft and sweet milk bread adding some colorful tutti fruity in it. My father used to buy this tutti fruity bread in my childhood days. Myself and my sis likes very much and we both eat only tutti fruity in it. For long days, I thought to prepare sweet milk bead with tutti fruity in my home. And I am very happy, finally i did it and it came very nice, soft and sweet with the colorful surprise in it. I’m very glad to share this wonderful sweet bread with you all. Let us see, how to prepare tutti fruity sweet milk bread.
In a bowl of warm milk, add butter, sugar, and 2 tsp of yeast. Cover the bowl, leave it for 15-20 minutes to fermentation.Take a mixing bowl, add maida, powdered sugar.Add fermented yeast mix with 1 tsp of vanilla essence(optional).Mix well and kneed as a soft dough. If we want, we can add more milk to mix.After 10 minutes of kneading, the will be very soft and elastic. Now we can add the colorful tutti fruity.Mix well with the dough and keep it aside for 1-2 hrs with covering with white cloth or with the plastic paper.
It will be in double size after 2 hrs.Knead again and place the dough in the oil greased bread mold. Again wait for 1 hr.Again the dough in double size in the bread mold itself.Brush oil or water and bake in preheated oven in 180 degree Celsius for 30 -40 minutes or till it done.Remove from the oven and wait for cool down completely before cut into pieces.The tasty sweet, colorful tutti fruity bread is ready to serve now..
