But, when I made this at my home, my daughter likes very much and it was very tasty. I made pure vegetarian pizza using this healthy wheat flour crust. Take a bowl of warm water and mix 1 tsp of sugar, 2 tsp of yeast and mix well. Cover the bowl and leave it for 15 minutes to active the yeast.In a mixing bowl, take 2 cups of wheat flour, 1 tsp of salt and mix.Now the yeast is activated. Mix the yeast in the flour and kneed as soft dough.Kneed the dough for at least 5 minutes to make softer. Add some oil and leave it for minimum 1 hour for fermentation. After the dough gone double in size, slightly kneed the dough and make round shape in the pizza making tray.Apply pizza sauce or tomato ketchup.Place sliced tomatoes on the top.
The toppings are added as per my taste. We can add any vegetable according to our creative ideas.I added paneer cubes, corn, capsicum.Grate the cheese above the veggies. We can add the cheese before we add the vegetables also. Sprinkle some oregano seasoning and chilly flakes.Place the pizza with toppings in 200 degree Celsius for 20-25 minutes or till done.Try this healthy pizza at your kitchen and make your kids as the happiest kid.
