Stuffed pizza with paneer… Pizza is a favorite dish for almost all the kids. Today I’m going to make the pizza with paneer stuffing. I also make the pizza in healthy way by prepared WHEAT PIZZA. We can make this stuffed pizza in wheat flour crust itself. I made this in maida only with double cheese. Paneer and cheese are calcium rich products which we are using. We can use different types of vegetables instead of using paneer. I added capsicum also. Based on our creative ideas and available veggies we can add and can add non-veg also. Let us see, how to prepare the tasty and wonderful design of stuffed paneer pizza.
In a bowl of warm water, add 1 teaspoon of sugar and 2 teaspoons of dry yeast. Mix well to dissolve and keep it for active the yeast.
After the yeast is active mix with the all purpose flour or maida with slat and kneed to make soft dough.
Keep the dough for 1-2 hours till it double in size.
Heat oil in a kadai, add Chopped onions and saute till turns golden brown.
Add chopped capsicum, paneer and saute with adding chilly flakes.
Now, we can add pepper powder, salt and finally add chopped coriander leaves and remove from the flame. The stuffing is ready.
Kneed the dough again slightly and spread it in round shape.
Place one small round shape lid in the center of the dough and cut in four sides as shown in the picture.
We are now adding the stuffing in the center of all the pieces removing the lid.
Add grated cheese over the stuffing.
Paste some maida paste in center and fold the four pieces in center and grate some extra cheese. Sprinkle chilly flakes and oregano seasoning.
Preheat oven in 200 degree Centigrade and bake the pizza for for 20-25 minutes or till done.
