Indian cottage cheese or paneer is calcium rich ingredient which will be liked by all the people. In my family, all member likes paneer. Today I prepared the tasty and easy side dish recipe for chapathy kadai paneer. Came very well and my hubby liked very much. Here I’m going to post detailed recipe of of restaurant style paneer gravy kadai paneer with step by step pictures. Let us prepare the tasty recipe.

Method :

Cube paneer and add it in the warm water to make soft.Heat a kadai, do dry fry coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, black pepper and red chilies.After fried, let it cool down and grind as a fine powder.

Heat oil in a kadai, add fennel seeds. Add chopped garlic and green chilies after the seed pops.Chop onions and add with the garlic and saute till the onion gets golden brown.Grind 4 tomatoes and make puree and add it with the saute onions.Now, we are going to add ground kadai masala powder and let it cook for 10 minutes till the raw smell goes.After the gravy prepared, add paneer cubes, capsicum cubes and ginger julienne. We can also add fresh cream. It is totally optional.Mix well and transfer to the serving kadai and serve with roti or chapathy.Try this yummy and easy kadai paneer recipe and enjoy the restaurant style taste.
